How to Resolve a Missing or Delayed Order


  1. Log in to your account
    Go to app.hobbymarketpro.com and sign in using your email and password.
  2. Go to your “Orders” section
    Find the order in question under “Orders” in your dashboard.
  3. Check the tracking information
    Click the order to view shipping details. Confirm the carrier and tracking number, and check the status on the carrier’s website.
  4. Allow time for carrier delays
    Some orders may take longer due to weekends, holidays, or service slowdowns. Be sure the expected delivery window has passed.
  5. Contact the seller through the order chat
    If the order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, message the seller directly from the order page to request an update.
  6. Document any issues
    Take screenshots of the tracking, delivery status, or communications in case you need to escalate.
  7. Reach out to Hobby Market Pro support
    If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the seller, contact our support team here and include all relevant details so we can investigate.
