We provide a space where members can:

  • Find one another
  • Negotiate and agree on terms
  • Arrange payment and shipment

Our job is to make sure the rules and tools are clear and accessible for everyone. Beyond that, all transactions take place directly between the two parties.




⚠️ Risks to Be Aware Of

By using Hobby Market Pro, you understand that you assume all risks involved with peer-to-peer transactions. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyers not making payment on time or at all
  • Receiving items that do not match the listing
  • Products that never ship or arrive damaged




🧰 How We Help

Our team can help facilitate resolutions if you experience an issue, just submit a support request. However:

  • Hobby Market Pro cannot guarantee any order.
  • Since we don’t physically inspect items at the point of shipping or receipt, we cannot officially declare one party at fault in cases of damaged or disputed deliveries.
  • Any damaged or missing shipments must be handled with the carrier’s insurance or claims process (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Flexible Payment Terms: Approved to complete payments within two business days for all Hobby Market Pro transactions.

  • Trusted Vendor Badge: A Diamond icon is displayed on all listings and your vendor profile, signaling that your business is verified and backed by Hobby Market Pro’s protection program.

Hobby Market Pro Diamond Vendor Protection Program

Our Payment Protection Program safeguards transactions involving Diamond Vendors when unexpected issues arise. Coverage applies when all of the following criteria are met:

  • Processed Through Hobby Market Pro: The order was created and completed using Hobby Market Pro’s built-in offer and acceptance flow, without later changes to price, quantity, or other core terms.
  • Filed Promptly: A claim is submitted within 14 days of the offer being accepted (see your Accepted Offers dashboard for exact deadlines).
  • Verified Outcome: Delivery is either confirmed by the recipient, or proof of non-delivery is provided by the buyer.

Coverage Details

Diamond Vendors with the Payment Protection Badge on their profile are fully eligible for up to $15,000 of protection.
