Most transactions on Hobby Market Pro go smoothly. However, if something goes wrong with a deal that took place entirely on our platform, one that was formally accepted as an offer, we’re here to help you work toward a resolution.

⚠️ We can’t help with deals that were changed outside of the agreed terms or completed outside the official offer process.


📦 What to Do if Something’s Wrong with an Order


First, try to work directly with the other party.
If you can’t come to a solution, you can file a support request:

⚠️ What Hobby Market Pro Can and Can’t Do


We provide a safe peer-to-peer environment, but we don’t inspect products ourselves. That means we cannot officially decide disputes about:

  • Missing or incorrect quantities
  • Receiving the wrong item or box
  • Concerns with factory seals or shrink wrap

Our team can help mediate and record all transaction concerns, but we cannot verify a member’s claims, that responsibility lies with the buyer and seller.

⚠️ Repeated Transaction Issues

We track all assist reports and transaction history.

If a member is found to have repeated issues or disputes that can’t be reasonably resolved, we reserve the right to restrict or close their account at our sole discretion.
