Shipping Guidelines
When you sell on Hobby Market Pro, we want shipping to go smoothly for everyone. Here’s what you need to know:
Shipping is usually included:
– Unless you and the buyer agree on something different up front, all prices for boxes and cases already cover shipping.
– If the order is over $350 and headed anywhere in the continental U.S., sellers pay for the shipping.
For accepted offers at any price, shipping is already part of the deal.
Included vs. Available Shipping Options
In addition to standard ground shipping, sellers can choose to highlight faster delivery options on their listings. Here’s what each means:
- Free Shipping / Free Two Day Air / Free Overnight Air:
These indicate that the seller fully covers the cost of the selected shipping method. Buyers won’t pay extra. - Two Day Air Available / Overnight Air Available:
These indicate that the seller offers the faster shipping option, but the buyer pays the additional cost at checkout or arrangement.
By default, all shipping is standard ground unless otherwise specified, and orders over $350 include free ground shipping paid for by the seller.
Quick dispatch & tracking:
– Once you receive payment, plan to ship the order within 1 business day.
– When you do, make sure to add a tracking number under the Accepted Offers section so the buyer can follow their shipment.
Keep everything safe:
– Always double-box your items and use enough padding so they arrive looking like they did when they left.
– If there’s anything special like damaged or opened boxes make sure that’s clearly noted in the listing and agreed on before shipping.
