How to Counter an Offer from a Buyer

Log in to your seller account
Go to app.hobbymarketpro.com and sign in with your email and password.
Go to the “Offers” section in your dashboard
This will show all active offers you’ve received on your listings.
Click the offer you want to counter
You’ll see the buyer’s username, offered price, quantity, and any message they left.
Click “Counter Offer”
This allows you to propose a different price or terms back to the buyer.
Enter your counteroffer price and optional note
Set the new price per unit and add a brief message if you’d like to explain your terms.
Review and submit your counteroffer
Click “Send Counteroffer” to submit. The buyer will receive a notification and can accept, counter back, or decline.
Track the counteroffer status in your dashboard
Your counteroffer will appear under “Offers” until the buyer responds.
