How to Accept or Decline an Offer

  1. Log in to your seller account
    Go to app.hobbymarketpro.com and sign in with your email and password.
  2. Go to the “Offers” section in your dashboard
    This section shows all active offers received from buyers.
  3. Click on the offer you want to review
    Each offer displays the buyer’s username, offered price, quantity, and any notes they left.
  4. Review the offer details
    Make sure the quantity and pricing match what you’re willing to accept.
  5. Choose to Accept, Decline, or Counter
    Click Accept to begin the transaction.
    Click Decline to reject the offer.
    Click Counter to propose a new price or terms.
  6. Wait for buyer action if you countered
    The buyer will be notified and can choose to accept, decline, or counter back.
  7. If accepted, fulfill the order
    Once an offer is accepted, the order will appear under “Orders Sold” and you’ll be able to mark it as shipped.
