💰 Payment on Hobby Market Pro
Every order on Hobby Market Pro must be paid according to the terms agreed upon before any items ship. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they receive payment before releasing their product, the only exception is for our pre-screened Gold & Diamond members.
Gold & Diamond members (recognized by their badge) qualify for our Transaction Protection of up to $5,000. These buyers can also pay after receiving their order as long as payment is sent no later than 2 business days after delivery.
Both of these options, prepayment or pay-on-receipt, only apply to our pre-screened Gold or Diamond members and must be approved by both buyer and seller before the deal is finalized.
⚠️ Important: Hobby Market Pro is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Every deal is an agreement between buyer and seller. That means both sides must clearly agree on all payment terms (method, timing, amounts) before accepting an offer. Once accepted, those terms cannot change, and both parties are expected to follow through.
